FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ALONGSIDE THE FACILITY'S MEALS ON WHEELS FOOD PREP TIME.
FOLLOW-UP NOTES: (1) HAND WASHING STATION LOCATED BEHIND THE BAR HAS SINGLE-USE PAPER TOWEL ROLL. (2) PREPPED PRODUCTS HELD IN THE WALK-IN COOLER ARE LABELED WITH A DATE TO TRACK THE FACILITY'S ROTATION SCHEDULE. (3) A NEW DOOR SWEEP WAS INSTALLED ON KITCHEN'S SCREEN DOOR. (4) ALL FOOD ITEMS WITHIN THE FACILITY WERE FOUND PROPERLY STORED 6 INCHES OFF OF THE FLOOR AND HAD ADEQUATE OVERHEAD PROTECTION. (5) ALL EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD WERE WEARING HAIR RESTRAINTS. (6) ALL FLOOR AREAS THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY WERE CLEANED. (7) FAN LOCATED AT THE PIZZA PREP STATION IS CLEAN (8) PROPER HAND WASHING PROCEDURE AND GLOVE WEARING PROCEDURES WERE REVIEWED AND MONITORED DURING THEIR MEALS ON WHEELS ORDER AND NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. |
